Cloudwood Hotels Ltd provides hospitality management and services including but not limited to: hotel management, resort management, serviced apartments, event hall management, parks and recreational facility management, and hospitality support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Cloudwood Hotels Ltd. Room rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. A valid form of identification is required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of pricing errors or system malfunctions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for reservations must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the reservation process. All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur additional charges. Cloudwood Hotels Ltd reserves the right to hold a security deposit upon check-in.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation and room selected. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in may incur charges. No-shows will be charged the full rate for the first night. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner during their stay. Cloudwood Hotels Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who engages in disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay. Smoking policies, noise restrictions, and other house rules must be observed at all times.
7. Liability Limitation
Cloudwood Hotels Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property arising from the use of our facilities, except where such loss or damage results from our proven negligence. We are not responsible for any loss of valuables not stored in designated safe facilities. Our liability in any case shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property
